Wanda Lin

Vice President of Enrichment Programs

Wanda helped lay the foundation for Amazing Athletes Sports and Education and continues to ensure programs are held to the highest quality. Wanda has over 20 years of experience in legal and healthcare recruiting, coaching candidates on professional and career development. She provides a model of care and conscientiousness for administrators, site coordinators, and instructors to follow. As a mother to two preteen girls, the importance of delivering high-quality enrichment programs to children is personal to Wanda. Under her leadership, the program has expanded while upholding its standards. Outside of her professional endeavors and family responsibilities, Wanda enjoys travel, knitting, pottery, and tennis.

Nancy Loudin

Director of Enrichment Programs

Nancy works tirelessly to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction in Amazing Athletes’ Sports and Education programs. She specializes in family and community outreach, working closely with parents, educators, and school administrators to provide convenience and make program improvements.

As a leader, Nancy sets a positive example of meticulousness and punctuality. She plays a key role in marketing Amazing Athletes Sports and Education programs, helping bring enrichment opportunities to more schools and communities. Nancy believes every child has the potential to succeed when given the right tools and support, and hopes more children can access those tools through the program’s expansion. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, board game nights with friends, and spending time with family.

Abdi Aybakar

Operations Manager

As a leader, Abdi takes a hands-on and interpersonal approach, which has been vital to the success of Amazing Athletes’ Sports and Education programs. He trains and mentors site coordinators, equipping them with the skills necessary to uphold program standards at each location. He regularly visits each site to maintain quality and foster relationships with staff. Abdi seeks to create a welcoming environment where children feel supported and encouraged to learn. He develops schedules and activities that prioritize engagement and connect students across sites. Abdi hopes to expand Amazing Athletes’ Sports and Education by allowing for increased community involvement and making programs more accessible, enriching, and exciting. On the weekends, Abdi enjoys playing chess.
